Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. By using BusinessGO, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Important — Please Read

BusinessGO is an educational platform. We are not your financial advisor, lawyer, or business partner. We do not guarantee that you will make money or succeed in any business. Starting a business carries real risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. These Terms limit our liability — please read them in full.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using BusinessGO (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers alike.

2. Educational Purpose — Not Professional Advice

BusinessGO provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, tax, accounting, or professional business advice. Our guides, quizzes, roadmaps, tips, and tools are general in nature and are not tailored to your specific situation. You should always consult a qualified professional (such as a financial advisor, accountant, or attorney) before making any business, financial, or legal decision. Relying on any information provided by BusinessGO is solely at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results

BusinessGO does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, profit, or success. Any statements regarding potential earnings, time to profit, or business outcomes are estimates and examples only — not promises or projections of what you will earn. Your actual results will vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skill, market conditions, location, timing, and the broader economy. Starting any business involves significant risk, and you alone are responsible for your results.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and for any business you choose to start. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account; (b) comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws; (c) obtain any licenses, permits, or insurance required for your business; (d) not misuse the Platform or attempt to disrupt its operation; and (e) not copy, redistribute, or resell our content. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

5. Payment & Access

BusinessGO offers a one-time payment for full access to our guides and features. We do not offer subscriptions and there are no recurring charges. Access is granted for the lifetime of the Platform. All fees are in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though any change will not affect purchases you have already made.

6. Refund Policy

Because our product is digital content that is instantly accessible and consumable, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error or a technical failure on our end, please contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BusinessGO — including guides, text, graphics, logos, roadmaps, and software — is owned by BusinessGO and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content for your own personal learning, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our guides may reference or link to third-party tools, services, and websites. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee these third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is subject to that provider's terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessGO disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information is accurate, complete, or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BusinessGO and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, income, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content provided through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if anything. Where the law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessGO and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. Arbitration shall be conducted in the United States. You and BusinessGO agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (or arbitrator) located in the United States for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
